What Youll Do Support store performance by managing sales, expenses, and key operations including merchandising, customer service, and loss prevention. Recruit, train, and develop top talent; serve as a mentor and role model. Implement action plans for projects, targets, and store initiatives; contribute to succession planning. Achieve sales, expense, and customer service goals; optimize store layout and efficiency. About You At least 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager. Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate a large team. Strong organizational and communication skills; effective feedback and mentorship abilities.
