This is a permanent position.Role Profile:These are full-spectrum finance leadership positions, ideal for hands-on professionals who can blend strategic insight with day-to-day rigour. Sitting on the hotel executive team, youll guide the financial operations through pre-opening set-up, launch execution, and ongoing commercial performance.Key Responsibilities Include:End-to-end oversight of financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and reportingDriving internal controls, payroll, cashflow, and compliance across all departmentsMentoring, leading, and developing a small, capable finance teamProviding commercially sound insights and partnering closely with GMs and department headsManaging owner and brand reporting, capital expenditure planning, and external auditsEnsuring financial practices are both globally aligned and locally compliantSuccessful Candidate Profile:Youre more than a back-office operator, youre a business partner. You understand how to guide leadership through numbers, and you have a track record of shaping commercial outcomes in complex hotel environments.
