The head office is based in North Sydney.About the RoleVida Glow is seeking a Head of Sales to be responsible for leading the regional and international sales operations for Vida Glow across the UK, USA, and Australia. This role will drive sales performance, deliver commercial outcomes, and oversee the day-to-day leadership of a distributed sales team. Reporting into the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Head of Sales plays a critical role in integrating sales initiatives with broader brand and go-to-market strategies.You will provide coaching, guidance, and operational excellence across the sales team, while ensuring alignment with customer service to drive a cohesive and high-performing revenue function. The role requires a commercially savvy leader with strong stakeholder management and an understanding of the beauty and wellness category.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Team ManagementLead, mentor, and support a team of sales professionals and managers across multiple markets.Oversee sales activity, coaching regional teams to meet and exceed KPIs.Facilitate team development, ensuring individual and team objectives are aligned to business priorities.Foster a high-performance culture that is customer-centric and values-driven.Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Innovation and Operations.Own and drive revenue and profitability targets across all retail and wholesale channels.Analyse performance metrics and market trends to identify risks and opportunities.Partner with marketing to develop sales tools, content, and campaigns that support field efforts.Ensure accurate forecasting, planning, and reporting using internal systems (CRM, BI tools).Monitor and optimise the effectiveness of in-store activations, education sessions, and trade marketing.Customer & Channel DevelopmentBuild and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners across Pharmacy, Department Stores, Specialty Beauty, Spa & Salon, and Travel Retail.Guide account managers in implementing growth strategies and negotiating commercial terms.Ensure brand representation and visual merchandising standards are consistently executed across markets.Identify new sales channels and retail partnerships in line with company expansion goals.Customer Service IntegrationWork closely with the Customer Service Manager to ensure service levels are maintained in line with brand expectations.Champion a feedback loop between customer service and sales teams to improve processes and customer experience.Operational ExcellenceStreamline processes and reporting across regions to ensure efficiency and consistency.Partner with the Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure stock availability, order fulfilment, and account compliance.Manage budgets, travel plans, and expense reporting for the sales function.Required Knowledge and ExperienceMinimum 7 years in sales, with at least 3 years in a senior management or regional leadership role.Bachelors degree in Business or related field desirable.Experience working with global retail partners desirable.Proven experience in wholesale or retail channels, ideally within beauty, wellness, or FMCG.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams across multiple geographies.Highly proficient in CRM systems and sales reporting tools.Strong analytical and commercial acumen.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally if required.Enjoy a fast paced, proactive work environment with clear direction and KPIs.Collaborative but with a strong sense of ownership and focus on deliverablesHigh level of initiative, motivation, energy and drive to achieve.Flexibility required ability to work to various international time zonesWorking at Vida GlowWhilst working at our beautifully architecturally designed office in North Sydney you will enjoy:Birthday leaveA generous monthly product allowanceWellbeing program including on site gym and weekly Pilates classCompany funded parental leaveLoyalty leave earn up to 5 days extra additional leaveHybrid role 3 days in the officeAbundance of local cafes and close to public transportIf you''re looking to be part of a global company leading ingestible beauty, apply now!Vida Glow is committed to creating a diverse workplace that provides an equal opportunity for all.
