About The Role At Woolworths, our Proactive Services team ensures trolleys are available and our stores are in pristine condition, creating a hygienic environment for customers and colleagues. You''ll work with your team to bring a little good to everyone, every day. What You''ll Do Complete tasks such as sweeping, cleaning walls, bathrooms, trolley bays, and emptying bins as per the daily planner. Collect trolleys from the car park and surrounding areas on foot. Collaborate across departments to meet specific cleaning needs. Assist customers by answering questions or providing directions. Receive full training on operating equipment and tools safely and efficiently. What You''ll Bring An ambitious mindset, a love of retail, and a passion for people, with room to grow your career. Physical fitness, as tasks are physically demanding. The ability to stand for long periods and lift loads of 5-10kgs. Flexibility to work in various environments, including shop floor, fridges, freezers, and car parks. Availability to work Monday to Sunday, with shifts starting at 6am or 5pm.
