Key responsibilities include:Complete daily prep tasks in accordance with prep sheets and par levelsPrepare and cook food during service as directed by ChefsFollow recipes and kitchen procedureWork under the direction of Chefs and Catering ManagerSupport kitchen sections and assist Chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operationsPortion control of dishesDish presentationAssist with service set up and breakdownStore food in accordance with food safety guidelines and HACCP standardsFollow food handling procedures and maintain awareness of HACCP and other relevant food safety standards and regulationsAppropriately dispose of kitchen wasteAssist with Stock Rotation and alert Chef when supplies are lowDemonstrate flexibility to work split shiftsQualificationsWe are seeking a motivated and team orientated professional with a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.
