There is now an exciting opportunity to join the team of a dynamic international company.The Support Team Member is multi-skilled, trained, and knowledgeable in all First Contact properties. It is the responsibility and duty of the Support Team Member to assist in covering periods of leave, sick days, and high customer volume situations across all First Contact, managed properties. The Support Team Member will endeavor to ensure maximum visitor/customer satisfaction and provide the highest level of service at all times. The Support Team Member must communicate and liaise with the Support Manager, First Contact Management, Site Managers, and Employees to effectively provide cover and support to multiple and varied First Contact properties. The Support Team Member will be flexible and open to the varied tasks, responsibilities, and environments of First Contact properties.Your day will include:Warmly welcome tenants and visitors, setting the tone for the lobby experience and ambienceManage the Concierge service-request portal, responding to all service requests in a timely mannerProvide information and support to customers and visitors regarding amenities, transport, and places of interest within the building vicinityAssist in driving activations and promote usage of the communal spaces and range of amenities available to tenantsReport on lobby operations and service offerings, providing recommendations on process improvements and product ideasYour experience will include:Experience in Hospitality, Residential Concierge, Serviced office, or co-working spaceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsImmaculate personal presentation and high levels of professionalism and integrityAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and work calmly under pressureSuperior customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding user experience #J-18808-Ljbffr
