Your Role in the Team As a Level 1 Support Engineer, you''re the first point of contact for our customers the friendly, capable voice on the other end of the line. Youll help users solve common issues quickly and confidently, while learning the ropes of technical support in a real-world environment. What Youll Do Respond to customer questions via phone, live chat or our ticketing system Log and categorise support requests accurately to keep everything running smoothly Solve common issues using step-by-step guides Escalate trickier problems to the Level 2 team with detailed notes to speed up resolution Help improve our knowledge base by flagging recurring questions and outdated content What Youll Bring 02 years experience in IT, helpdesk or customer support grads welcome!
