This includes meeting and greeting customers, boarding and disembarking flights, assisting our special needs customers, problem solving, caring for our unaccompanied minors and providing information for customers.Youll HaveThe ability to work a 7-day rotational shift roster covering a range of hoursBe comfortable with a roster which at times would see you working a minimum 12 hours per weekFace to face customer service experience within the hospitality, tourism or other customer focused industriesA passion for customer service with a proactive ''can do'' attitudeA proven ability to manage and diffuse difficult situationsWell-developed problem-solving skills and able to follow through to resolutionA strong communicator, and listenerAbility to work both in a team environment and independentlyAbility to adapt to an ever changing, fast paced operational environmentCompassion and empathy for special needs customersExceptional personal presentationComputer literacy and proficiency including Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) - preferredSystem knowledge in Amadeus - Altea Customer Management - preferredPlease note: It is essential for this role that you are in based in Sydney and have the ability to work a 7 day rotating roster.Why the Qantas Group?Youll join a team where creativity and passion are encouraged.
