Add expected salary to your profile for insights.An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Workplace Trainer & Assessor to join the Group People & Culture team in our Pork Division.Reporting to the Team Leader Training Delivery, this role will be responsible for planning and delivering training programs, as well as acting as the SME in the design and validation of learning materials across our pork farming operations.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Planning, conducting, and recording assessmentsProviding training, advice, and guidance to students throughout their learning experienceDelivering learning using various methods including classroom, virtual, on-site, and discussionsIdentifying areas for improvement and recommending changesActing as the first point of contact for student supportSupporting students to understand expectationsIdentifying learning needs and collaborating with sites for solutionsProviding assistance for LLN/disability needs with reasonable adjustmentsRegularly validating learning materials as the SMEReviewing and updating assessments and training materialsTracking student progressPlanning future training sessions, both classroom and virtualAssisting in scheduling training and assessments based on site needsEnsuring paperwork accuracy and student requirements are metAbout you:A highly motivated individual passionate about the food industry and working with peoplePrevious experience in a pork farming operation, specifically handling, housing, and feedingMust have or be willing to obtain a current Certificate IV in Training and AssessmentExperience in routine healthcare and pig movementNatural ability to support others and encourage learningStrong computer skills, including MS Word and OutlookAbility to work independently and in a teamCritical thinking skills and continuous improvement mindsetAbility to partner with site staff for learning and developmentPlease note: This role may require travel across the JBS Australia network.Benefits include (but not limited to):Ongoing learning and career developmentDiscounted meat productsRetail discounts with national partnersHealth insurance discounts with Bupa and MedibankWhat next?If you are passionate and want to join Australia''s largest meat, pork, and salmon producer, apply now!How do your skills match this job?Sign in and update your profile to get insights. #J-18808-Ljbffr
