CLA delivers impactful services that empower individuals and enhance community integration.Your RoleAs the Quality Manager, youll oversee key operational areas:Training Management: Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to enhance staff capabilities and compliance.Compliance Management: Ensure strict adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements.Quality Management: Develop, implement, and sustain a robust Quality Management System.Workplace Health and Safety (WHS): Lead initiatives to maintain and improve workplace safety.Technology and Administration: Oversee IT systems, streamline processes, and implement new technologies.Strategic Projects: Drive organisational objectives aligned with CLAs Strategic Plan.Staff Support: Foster staff engagement, provide support to enhance productivity andOn-Call Responsibilities: Participate in a rotational on-call system to address urgent matters and ensure continuity of care and service delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Direction:Implement CLAs strategic goals and align departmental processes with the organisational vision.Develop operational procedures and systems that promote long-term organisational success.Prepare, present, and manage budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.Lead strategic planning, risk management, and compliance monitoring.Training Management:Identify training needs across the organisation and design tailored learning programs.Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions for staff at all levels.Develop and implement training materials aligned with organisational and legislative standards.Evaluate training outcomes to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.Promote a culture of professional development and learning.Compliance Management:Maintain a regulatory compliance register to ensure all legislative requirements are met.Lead the organisations adherence to NDIS, WHS, and other relevant standards.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain compliance and accreditation.Monitor and update policies and procedures to meet evolving regulatory requirements.Facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring organisational readiness and excellence.Quality Management:Design and maintain a Quality Management System aligned with NDIS standards.Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes.Establish a culture of continuous improvement and evidence-based practices.Ensure all organisational policies and procedures are current, effective, and user-friendly.Workplace Health and Safety (WHS):Lead the development of WHS systems to achieve best-practice standards.Maintain a register of incidents and injuries and proactively address emerging risks.Drive staff awareness of workplace safety and wellbeing.Technology and Administration:Manage IT assets, ensuring effective system setup, allocation, and troubleshooting.Identify and implement productivity-enhancing technological solutions.Oversee compliance with IT systems and data security requirements.Staff Support:Provide mentorship and guidance and conduct competencies with staff to foster their professional growth.Ensure effective onboarding processes for new employees, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment.On-Call Responsibilities:Participate in a rotational on-call system to address urgent operational or client-related matters.Ensure timely resolution of issues during on-call shifts to maintain continuity of service.Provide leadership and guidance to staff during emergencies or critical situations.About YouEssential Qualifications:A Bachelor''s degree in Compliance Management, Training Management, or a related field (or a Diploma with significant relevant experience).Minimum of 5 years of experience in a quality management roleCertificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety.
