You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively within the Care Co-ordination Service Centre to provide effective and efficient administrative support, ensuring optimal service linkages and timely responses to requests. The incumbent will perform administrative functions across the Care Co-ordination Service Centre, including telephony, service linkage, handling patient information, filing, and general administration duties. Developing key relationships with Patient Experience Officers, Travel Teams, Clinical Care Hub, and other care Co-ordination Services across FNQ will help improve patient access to care and ensure timely responses to emerging issues.
