You are confident communicating with clients, business partners and contributing to our team success culture. You enjoy mentoring and leading a team. About You Degree in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 8 years experience in Australian building services, ideally in consulting. Experience working on medium to large new build projects preferred. Commitment to delivering on promises to internal and external teams. Practical knowledge of relevant Australian Standards and National Code of Construction. Commitment to detail, quality and accuracy. Positive attitude and a strong communicator with ability to work with a range of project partners and stakeholders. Proactive and innovative approach to design solutions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven project, organisation and time management skills. Use latest technology REVIT/AutoCAD, BIM360, Microsoft Office and One Drive. Role Specifics Mechanical (ventilation, HVAC, supplementary air, etc) engineering and Revit design and documentation to scope expectations. Multi-discipline team and project leading. Client/ design meetings and site inspections. Calculations and return briefs Satisfy codes, standards, project and quality requirements. Opportunity to manage your own clients.
