This role is essential in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our healthcare delivery.The role includes general administrative duties such as updating rosters, addressing general inquiries, and monitoring communications to take necessary actions promptly. Additionally, the role entails managing and coordinating agency bookings, ensuring that staffing needs are met without compromising quality or compliance.This is a key role, central to the seamless operation of our nursing services, ensuring that staffing is managed efficiently and that a positive, quality-driven work environment is maintained.Who were looking forYoull (ideally) have previous hospital experience and familiarity with scheduling and staff allocation and an understanding of industry and occupation awards would be welcome.Youll be a people person with strong stakeholder management skills, capable of working positively with nursing staff, doctors and other hospital staff.Youll have good computer skills, excellent attention to detail, and good data entry experience.Youll be systematic, have good time-management skills and the ability to prioritise.Youll be capable of undertaking work at varying levels of skill with strong problem-solving abilities.Youll be adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team.Youll be committed to Adventist Healthcares everyday values of excellence and integrity.Youll need to be available to work consistently on Fridays and pick up additional days when given advance notice.About UsAdventist HealthCare owns and operates San Day Surgery, Hornsby, and the Sydney Adventist Hospital (fondly known as the San).
