People & Culture TraineeScone | Full Time - Fixed Term (2 years) The role: The Council is seeking an individual passionate about pursuing a career in human resources with an interest in learning payroll. Supported by our inclusive team of People & Culture & Payroll professionals, you will assist with daily tasks such as payroll processing, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, and general administration, while developing your skills and knowledge. We will provide comprehensive training to launch your career in this field. The trainee will undertake diploma-level training in Human Resources or Business.
