We are seeking candidates with excellent interpersonal skills, that are passionate and proud of the service they deliver and consistently willing to go above and beyond for our guests.Reporting to the Guest Service Supervisor, some of your tasks will include;Greeting guest upon arrival and assisting them with check-in and concierge servicesService of guests in the main terminal, including food, beverage and guest inquiriesHost and provide guest service at the Sydney based off-train experiencesHousekeeping duties around the terminalAdministrative duties and guest bookings support, including guest check-inOther duties as requestedThis position will require long periods of time of your feet, using office equipment and some lifting duties will be required. Candidates with demonstrate experience delivering high quality guest service in a front of house hospitality environment will be highly regarded. Barista experience is desirable.
