Essential Qualifications:Graduate Diploma/Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or an equivalent qualification as recognized by the Australian Childrens Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA).Teacher''s Registration - Full/Provisional.First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis. Essential Skills and Attributes:Deep understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Standard (NQS) to deliver high-quality education programs.Ability to plan, implement and evaluate educational programs tailored to individual children''s needs and interests.Strong verbal and written communication skills for engaging with children, families and colleagues.Skill in observing childrens progress, documenting their learning and using this information to guide future planning.Ability to work effectively with other educators, support staff and families to create an inclusive, responsive, and respectful learning environment.
