Be among the first 25 applicants to apply for this exciting opportunity at Rex as an Aircraft Support Officer/Baggage Handler in a part-time capacity.If you are passionate about aviation, you''ll enjoy working closely with our aircraft fleet and being an essential part of the team that ensures timely departures and arrivals at Sydney Airport.Key responsibilities include:Receipt and dispatch of aircraft.Safe operation of ground support equipment (GSE) including toilet servicing, water replenishment, ground power units, and air conditioning carts.Loading and unloading of baggage and cargo, including documentation and stowage.Sorting baggage and reconciling baggage numbers.Marshalling aircraft and passengers as needed.Aircraft cleaning, including termination and incident cleans.Operating radio communication equipment.Assisting passengers with special needs.Supporting catering duties when required.Performing other tasks as directed by the Airport and Ramp Managers.Qualifications and skills required:Previous airline experience is preferred.Current NSW Drivers Licence.Ability to obtain an ASIC and airside drivers licence.Availability for shift work, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Good physical fitness and professionalism.Teamwork skills and commitment to punctuality.Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.Conditions: Wages and conditions are as per the Airline Operations Ground Staff Award 2020.To Apply: Submit your application with a resume and answers to screening questions via our careers page.This job is not expired. #J-18808-Ljbffr
