This includes attending TAFE once a week at the closest campusArriving to work promptly, well presented and groomed at all times Communicating information to essential personnel within the business, and making supervisors aware of your progress through the programPrevious work experience with proof of developed skills and learning in a past role.Exposure to a heavy industrial environment desirableA genuine interest in mechanical or electrical work, with evidence of some technical aptitude obtained through previous work experience or personal hobbiesCan remain consistently reliable and flexible to the changing environment and priorities of the businessWill take direction, have an inherent willingness to learn and can adapt performance accordingly when presented with constructive feedbackAlways polite, well mannered and respectful in accordance with our company values and behavioursCommitted to the requirements of the Apprenticeship program and regular course targets established by TAFE NSWMinetek are offering a higher rate of pay than that typically associated with an Apprenticeship program, coupled with regular overtime and other great company benefits.If you are up for the challenge and want to complete a trade through Minetek, please apply now or contact us for more information.Please note: Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
