If so, we want to hear from you!We are seeking full-time Drivers to join our Airport Catering team in Darwin.What does a day in the life of a Customer Delivery Driver look like?As a member of our Airside team, you are the face of dnata catering on the tarmac and are responsible for correctly loading catering onto aircraft. This involves loading fully stocked aircraft trolleys onto hi-lift trucks, driving short distances to the aircraft, guiding the vehicle for safe approach, loading the carts onto the aircraft, coordinating with airline cabin crew, and removing empty carts before returning to the catering facility.Main Responsibilities:Perform short-distance driving and vehicle checks, including refueling.Safely load and unload trucks and aircraft with catering, carts, and ovens, ensuring discrepancies are addressed.Guide and position trucks in line with company, airport, and airline policies.Communicate and coordinate with airline cabin crew for aircraft servicing and delivery handover.Coordinate with dispatch for aircraft timings and flight delivery.Complete administrative documentation, reporting, and general cleaning duties as required.What do you need to be successful?A valid MR or HR driver''s license.Ability to perform manual handling tasks frequently.A safety-first mindset, awareness of surroundings, and proper techniques as per training.Flexibility to work around flight schedules.Good verbal and written communication skills.Neat and tidy presentation.Ability to obtain a clear National Police Check.Availability to work 38 hours/week in a full-time, permanent role.Whats in it for you?Full training provided.Be part of a close-knit & dedicated team committed to safety.Competitive pay rates and penalties.5 weeks of annual leave.Free onsite parking, daily staff meals, and uniforms.Career development, progression, and national relocation opportunities.Discounts at retailers, discounted health insurance, novated lease options, and wellbeing resources including online exercise classes.We provide airside training, ASIC & ADA certification, and support to set you up for success in your new role.Your Prospective EmployerPart of the Emirates Group, dnata is Australias largest inflight catering and retail partner, food manufacturing and retail, travel retail technology, and airport lounge management.
