You understand the importance of cleanliness in supporting health and safety and are respectful of the unique needs of individuals with disabilities.Must hold a current provisional (P) or full Australian drivers licencePrevious experience in residential or disability-related cleaning preferredHigh attention to detail and strong work ethicAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionGood communication and interpersonal skillsRespectful, discreet, and trustworthyAwareness and sensitivity to working in a home with a person who has autism and complex needsWilling to complete a Police Check if requiredCOVID-19 and flu vaccinations may be requiredWhat Youll DoYou will help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment, supporting daily hygiene standards and the clients overall wellbeing.
