In this casual role, you will play a vital part in enhancing the lives of our clients and supporting their independence and wellbeing.What you''ll be doingProviding personalised support and assistance with daily living activities, such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and social engagementEnsuring a safe, comfortable and stimulating environment for our elderly clientsAdvocating for client needs and collaborating with multidisciplinary care teamsDocumenting client progress and maintaining accurate recordsAdhering to organisational policies, procedures and industry best practicesWhat we''re looking forA Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification in Aged Care, Disability or Community Services; any healthcare related qualificationsExperience providing direct care and support to elderly individuals in the communityA genuine passion for improving the quality of life for our clientsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, empathy and a caring natureThe ability to work independently as well as part of a teamA current First Aid certificate, Manual Handling and police checkA current and valid Driver''s License with a reliable car.What we offerAt Azure Specialists Home Care Services, we are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
