Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family. Fast forward 27 years were an energetic team and merry band of misfits united by a common passion for doing amazing things, and at the forefront of pushing the limits of premium specialty coffee. At Tobys Estate, were more than cafs- were speciality coffee. Our business spans wholesale, Tobys-owned cafs, retail, and a growing global footprint. Our cafs have earned global recognition- and in this role, youll have the chance to leverage that brand equity as you shape how we show up in both local and international markets.How Will You Make Your MarkThis isnt a brand maintenance role - its a call to shape the future. As Senior Brand Manager, youll lead our retail marketing program while steering our story as we expand into new international markets.Youll define how the brand shows up across retail and help us develop into a stronger international brand, guiding campaigns, storytelling, and partnerships while driving visibility, performance, and connection in every market we touch.What Youll OwnRolling out the FY24/25 retail marketing calendarLeading the new market launches- from strategy to in-market supportElevating brand expression across NPD, packaging, and contentApplying a commercial lens to everything you do - brand activity with impactLeading and motivating a small, high-performing teamWho Youll Collaborate WithThis role reports into the GM of Tobys Estate, with a dotted line to the GM Marketing, giving you brand responsibility at the business-unit level with strategic backing from the wider marketing network across digital, innovation, and design. Expect to build strong partnerships across:Retail and grocery teams to ensure delivery in-store and on shelfCreative, digital, and media agencies to drive integrated campaignsInternational licensees and local teams to balance brand consistency and local flavourCross-functional teams across sales, ops, and content to make things happenWhat Youll Bring To The TableYoure a brand marketer with range- big-picture thinking, sharp execution, and the ability to influence across all levels. Youre energised by pace, you thrive in ambiguity, and you know how to turn strategy into standout work.5+ years in brand management (FMCG, food, beverage, or retail)Proven experience leading campaigns, NPD, and cross-functional deliveryHands-on confidence with ATL, BTL, and digital, including agency leadershipStrong communication, commercial acumen, and stakeholder alignmentA collaborative mindset and structured leadership styleExperience supporting or launching international markets (ideal, but not essential)Were looking for someone who is comfortable being on the ground at our Chippendale site, with some flexibility to work from home outside of critical on-site meetings and events. #J-18808-Ljbffr
