As Property Manager Operations, you will be instrumental in providing outstanding service to residents and stakeholders while maintaining seamless daily operations.Key Responsibilities IncludeDeliver effective financial management by overseeing budgets, optimising costs and boosting occupancy ratesProvide exceptional service through the implementation of engagement programs while maintaining a high level of resident satisfactionBuild and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and university partners, providing timely updates and reports.Ensure the property is clean, secure, and well-maintained following all legal and safety regulations.Recruit, train, and mentor staff to create a positive workplace environment and encourage excellent team performance.About YouIt is essential that you have a minimum of 3 years experience in property management, student accommodation or similar field. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building a strong community and cultivating positive relationships with residents and stakeholders.
