The successful applicant will be responsible for various kitchen duties, including assisting with meal preparation, tray assembly, and meal delivery/ collection.You will work closely alongside our diverse team at Mercy Health, becoming part of a team that works to provide excellent care for our patients. This is a great opportunity to work within a valued team; Mercy Health understands the importance our kitchen staff bring to a hospital environment.Our kitchen service staff interact with patients and staff daily, so we seek someone passionate about the value of their service.This supportive team environment will see the applicant attend a well-supported orientation to suit their needs.ABOUT THE ROLENo experience neededThe food handler''s certificate or equivalent can be completed before/after commencement.Working for a values-based employer as a respected team memberWorking in a supportive team environment, with others who want to make a differenceWe do not roster split shiftsNo shifts commence before 8:00 am or finish after 7:30 pm, shifts of 8 hoursWhat you''ll bringYou''re resilient, compassionate and have a whole lot of heart.
