You will inspire them with your product knowledge and recommendations for the perfect skincare regime, expanding the full service you provide to fragrance and beauty.You will take ownership of the counter, driving counter outcomes, ensuring achievement of sales targets and that team members are representing the brand in line with all brand guidelines. You will take pride in ensuring the overall operation of the counter is maintained to an exceptionally high standard and that stock is maintained at optimal levels.A critical aspect of this role is your ability to sell and provide full facial services to your customers.Minimum 2 years beauty retail experienceQualification in Beauty Therapy, Makeup Artististry or similar, or strong working experience on a 3 axis beauty counter providing facial services.Department store experience is highly desirableAvailable to work permanent part time at 36 hours per week with flexibility across key trading hours including late night and weekends as well as flex ups during promotions and eventsYou are a sales driven, positive and motivated individual with a proven history of achieving targets.The role will provide you with:Training and developmentAttractive commission and incentive structureThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience within the Australian retail department store environment.If you have the relevant experience, please submit your cover letter and CV.As this is a permanent position you must have full work rights within Australia.
