Yumaro is a multi-award winning NDIS provider, offering social enterprise employment, capacity building supports, accommodation, social programs, home and community support, support coordination and plan management services to over 220 people living with a disability.Our participants are primarily located throughout the Shoalhaven and Eurobodalla areas.About the roleYumaro is seeking a highly organised and motivated Administration Officer WHS & Social Enterprises to join our team in Moruya. This pivotal role supports the Manager Safety & Moruya Social Enterprises by providing high-quality administrative and coordination support across Work Health and Safety (WHS), supported employment programs, and commercial enterprise operations. The role is part-time, 3 - 4 days per week.You will play a vital part in maintaining compliance with WHS standards, enabling NDIS-aligned employment services, and contributing to the seamless delivery of Yumaros mission-driven programs.Key responsibilities include:Maintaining WHS registers, assisting with audits and incident reporting, ensuring timely safety walkthroughs, and managing training records and documentation updates.Providing admin support for supported employment programs, maintaining accurate participant records, and assisting with onboarding, goal reviews, and stakeholder communications.Supporting calendar and meeting scheduling, managing leave records, handling routine transactions, preparing event materials, and assisting with reception duties.Working closely with internal teams, assisting with staff events, and supporting internal communications such as newsletters.Using business systems (e.g. Nightingale, SharePoint, MS Office) for data entry, electronic filing, and compliance recordkeeping.Skills and experienceProven experience in administrative support with strong organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.Ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently.Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.Understanding of WHS and compliance processes (desirable).Familiarity with NDIS employment supports or experience in a disability-related setting (desirable).Why Join Yumaro?At Yumaro, youll be part of a supportive and passionate team working to empower individuals with a disability to achieve their goals.
