With a focus on career development, we encourage our people to reach their full potential while also demonstrating our Goodman Fielder values.The Opportunity:We are searching for a materials and supply coordinator to join our Sydney team.In this role, you will work alongside our high-performing team to drive performance adhering to KPI''s in order to maintain the success of a growing organization. You will be responsible for all company purchasing-related functions, ensuring all production and sales requirements are met and inventory levels are maintained.This a hybrid role and you will have the opportunity to work from Moorebank and Macquarie Park locations in Sydney. We do offer WFH 2 days a week.Specifically, you will be responsible for:Monitoring stock levels and determining best quantities for orderingWorking with all internal departments, to forecast stock levels, and around stock replenishment issuesLiaising with suppliers to maintain consistent stock levels on hand and manage expected delivery dates and proactively manage all exceptions, including backorders and overdue Purchase OrdersAnticipating and resolving any supply issues that may arise and resolve with suppliers and if necessary, arranging contingency productsEstablishing and managing inventory targets that support operations and financial objectivesMaintaining planning system data to ensure the highest possible level of data integrityDelivering required reports, metrics and analyses as needed in a timely mannerAbout you:Experience in a supply chain planning role in the FMCG industry is highly desirableGood knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processesStrong ERP/MRP skills with any experience of using SAP as an advantageA high attention to detail and solutions-focused mindsetStrong communication and ability to build relationships with key stakeholdersA willingness to learn and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentThis is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business, with the scope to develop and grow your career.
