They work a diverse range of projects servicing small, medium & large-scale, government, public & private clients.Offering Engineering, Surveying, Town planning and Project management services, they pride themselves on being a small family owned business, producing top tier work.They are a team who don''t take themselves too seriously, work hard to build lasting client relationships, and look after their employees.The RoleDue to steady, sustainable growth throughout the business, this firm are looking for a Senior Surveyor to join the team.You will join an existing team of surveyors and survey technicians, and will:Manage and provide surveying and technical direction for survey field staffCreate and review strata and subdivision plans and advise on requirementsEnsure complete compliance with all survey work by recognised standardsEnsure all necessary DP''s are provided for calculations and offer advice on complex definitionsPlan and coordinate surveys considering continuity of projects, timelines, and available resourcesSkills and Experience:The ideal candidate will be:Someone who enjoys to talk about Surveying and help junior staff with questionsA Surveyor who enjoys what they do and believes in delivering high quality work.Tertiary Qualification in surveying (mandatory)Would be open to speaking to Registered Surveyors8+ years experience working on Cadastral projects such as subdivisions and Roads for TfNSW.Excellent communication skills both written and verbalAbility to operate engineering modelsPrevious experience leading and managing a team of junior surveyorsThis role would be an excellent step for someone wanting to find a business they can grow with.
