You will work with Indigenous Australians to address place-based needs and priorities, maximizing the social and economic impact of policies and programs. The approaches will be targeted, measurable, evidence-based, and co-designed.As a successful candidate, you will:Engage with Indigenous communities to understand their needs and aspirations.Develop and implement strategies to support self-determination initiatives.Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver outcomes.This position requires travel within and occasionally outside the region.
