This 12-month maximum term full-time role will have you be the first to welcome our customers and guests to our Geelong Studio M. You will support and guide your customers through their home personalisation and selection process. Some weekend work may be required. Reporting to the Studio M Team Leader, your responsibilities will include: Supporting & guiding customers through the home personalisation & selection process, including interior colours, finishes and fittings; kitchens and bathrooms; and street appeal and outdoor living. Maintaining and developing thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with customers while exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets. Developing effective relationships with key supply partners and actively promoting their products. Providing accurate, timely, and detailed paperwork to the Customer and Operations teams. Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount; working effectively within a team and helping create a positive environment with a strong desire for success. Proven experience in retailing, interior design, marketing, or sales, preferably related to the building industry. Exemplary customer service and communication skills. Experience working with a range of IT applications and software. An enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven approach to all tasks undertaken.
