As the Entertainment Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and inspiring a talented group of entertainers, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our entertainment programs.Lead and motivate a team of entertainers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentDevelop and implement innovative entertainment programs and activities for guests of all agesCoordinate and oversee daily entertainment schedules, including shows, performances, and interactive activitiesConduct regular team meetings and training sessions to improve performance and maintain high standardsManage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring optimal use of materials and equipmentCollaborate with other departments to create cohesive guest experiencesMonitor and evaluate the quality of entertainment programs, making improvements as necessaryEnsure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for team members and guestsActively participate in performances and activities as neededHandle guest feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionallyQualificationsProven experience (2-3years) in the entertainment or hospitality industry, with a track record of successful team leadershipBachelor''s degree in Hospitality Management, Entertainment Management, or related field preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with guests and staff effectivelyCreative problem-solving abilities and a talent for developing innovative entertainment conceptsProficiency in event planning, coordination, and executionDemonstrated performance and entertainment skillsExperience in budgeting and resource managementKnowledge of various entertainment forms (music, dance, theater, etc.)Understanding of current trends in the hospitality and tourism industryAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysFirst Aid and CPR certification requiredFluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
