The service model includes intensive case management, rapid housing access, trauma-informed practices, skills for inclusion, and fostering independence. A consortium of organizations, including Sacred Heart Mission, The Salvation Army, Uniting Vic/Tas, and Vincent Care Victoria, delivers the program, with support from the Victorian Governments Early Intervention Investment Fund. The position in thePractice Leadership and Development Teamprovides trauma-informed support, clinical supervision, training, and group reflective practice to service teams, aiming to integrate theory and practice while developing resources and supporting strategic priorities.About The RoleWe are seeking a dedicatedPractice Leadin a permanentPart-timecapacity,19hours per week. Champion safety, innovation, and continuous improvement, nurturing a culture of learning, growth, andunwavering commitment to excellence.You will HaveA recognisedSocial Work/Psychology degreeor equivalent A deep, compassionate understanding of development, attachment, and trauma theories, and their powerful impact on the experience of homelessness Knowledge of at least two evidence-based therapeutic approaches to supporting recovery from trauma as relates to long-term homelessness.
