Job TitleProject ManagerJob Description SummaryThe Project Manager will manage projects for Darwin Airport and Government initiatives, working closely with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staff. This role involves delivering projects on time and within scope, fostering strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring high-quality outcomes.Job DescriptionDue to the nature of the role, Australian citizenship is required.Key Responsibilities:Develop budgets, manage scope changes, and prepare project forecasts.Identify and address issues while reporting project status.Update the Communications Plan and manage information activities.Ensure quality requirements are met, including quality plans and audits.Lead contract and procurement planning, managing supplier selection.Oversee risk management, including developing risk registers and plans.Monitor the project schedule and manage time management outcomes.Coach the project team, establish effective relationships, and contribute to team-building efforts.Manage project documentation and follow Cushman & Wakefield Project Management Methodology.About You:Exceptional communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Power BI, and Procore.Qualifications:Tertiary qualification in project management, building engineering, architecture, or a related field.Electrical background is a mandatory requirement.Professional certification (or working towards) such as RICS, COIB, AIPM (CPPP), or CAPM.Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance and Aviation Security Identification Card.Why Join Cushman & Wakefield?Play a key role in assisting the development of Darwin Airport, supporting tourism growth and a wider Territory landmark.Career progression opportunities within a growing and dynamic team.Strong pipeline of work from the start, offering long-term stability.Be part of a global company committed to Diversity and Inclusion.Enjoy a flexible and rewarding work environment, leveraging technology to foster autonomy and career development.We''re committed to providing work-life balance for our people in an inclusive, rewarding environment.
