We structure our partnerships to promote true collaboration and best-in-class work across our agencies.OverviewThe Digital Client Manager will be pivotal in driving growth for APEX and delivering successful output across the Groupe. This individual will serve as a strategic partner to clients and agencies, navigating the complexities of the digital world, while delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the pressures felt by clients and agencies alike in the fast-paced digital environment, and the ability to leverage this understanding to successfully engage audiences, foster long-term relationships, and grow APEX''s digital portfolio.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy, Planning and Execution: Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital briefs, ensuring they are efficiently allocated to the appropriate teams and partners for planning and execution. Drive digital growth, enhance operational efficiency, and increase product adoption across Australia, New Zealand, and with Epsilon. Consolidating digital responses and delivering APEX-aligned proposal with insights and a strategic, solutions-driven approach. Manage and oversee the execution of digital campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals, internal opportunities, and campaign KPIs Oversee the implementation of digital campaigns, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with agreed objectives. Collaborate with internal teams, including planning, analytics, and technology, to ensure seamless execution.Client and Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for APEX Digital, ensuring agencies direct all digital briefs to you while managing the end-to-end delivery of proposals and coordinating with internal teams to execute digital and programmatic opportunities Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning them with APEX solutions. Act as a trusted advisor to clients and agency teams, providing strategic recommendations to maximise digital opportunities. Drive the growth of APEXs digital offerings by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, data-driven digital solutions tailored to client objectives.Operational Excellence: Collaborate closely with the APEX Operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all campaign milestones and operational tasks. Prioritise adherence to established workflows and quality standards, enabling the timely and accurate completion of all campaign milestones and operational tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce and the Digital Tracker, ensuring data integrity and seamless tracking of digital campaigns.QualificationsProven Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital media, programmatic solutions, or client management roles.
