The program is aimed at empowering employees and volunteers to enact positive changes to their health and wellbeing.Reporting to the Manager Early Intervention, this part-time role offers a unique and rewarding opportunity to gain exposure to various aspects of the business and our customers, as well as playing a pivotal part in delivering meaningful initiatives to the community.How You''ll Make An ImpactAdminister the MyWellbeing content management system, including data maintenance and reporting, inbox monitoring, enquiries handling, invoice processing, and appointment scheduling;Undertake portal content and resource development in collaboration with the Department;Subcontractor governance and management: Contract administration, risk and action register, governance meetings, and audit activities;Provide professional customer-focused service, particularly in handling sensitive matters confidentially and diplomatically across a broad range of stakeholders;Maintain and build relationships with key community stakeholders across NT Police and NT Fire Emergency Services to ensure a consistent approach to engagement initiatives;Support the development and implementation of engagement strategies to meet and deliver on program outcomes;Research and identify issues, needs, and interests of target audiences within NT Police and Fire & Emergency Services through consultation mechanisms;Monitor and evaluate stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, providing ideas for continuous improvement;Run health clinics and information sessions in consultation with the department, including regular travel across the NT;Support the development of educational, promotional, and business activities aligned with the Strategic Plan;Arrange strategic management meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes.About YouPrevious experience in community engagement, health promotion, or similar roles;Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, and PowerBI, with data analysis skills;Strong customer service skills;Exceptional time management and organizational skills;Highly developed communication skills to engage and influence at all levels;A strategic mindset and approach to work;A strong sense of team and collaboration;Resilient and flexible, capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.If you want to be part of something new and help change lives, we would love to hear from you today!Click on Apply for this Job.To be considered, you must have the right to live and work in Australia when applying.Agency applicants will not be considered.Gallagher Bassett is an Equal Opportunity Employer, encouraging Indigenous Australian applicants to apply.
