Queensland Shared Services is recruiting permanent Team Leaders in Payroll Services in our Brisbane and Townsville locations. Backfilling/temporary roles in Rockhampton, Townsville, and Brisbane, for various periods, may also be filled through this selection process.There are multiple positions available with various work statuses across multiple locations in Queensland.Please indicate your preferred work location and position status in your application.In this role, your knowledge and experience in payroll service delivery will be essential to:Lead a functional team to deliver best practice human resource, payroll, and establishment services to customer agencies, ensuring high-quality service and compliance with legislative and regulatory standards.Develop and implement operational team procedures and performance measures to achieve strategic objectives while adhering to established service level agreements and budget constraints.Develop and manage team workflow delegation methods to optimize performance, monitor workflow volumes, maintain internal controls, and ensure high standards of accuracy and efficiency.Please refer to our role description for further details of this critical role.Applications will remain current for 12 months.Occupational group: HR & Industrial Relations #J-18808-Ljbffr
