This is a fast-paced, hands-on role suited to someone who has worked within a recruitment agency environment and understands the nuances of award interpretation, contractor payroll and client invoicing.Key ResponsibilitiesFull end-to-end payroll processing for temp, contractor and casual workforces across multiple entities (Blue Collar, Professional Services, Technology & Consulting)Weekly processing of timesheets, payslips, invoices and ABA filesAward and EA interpretation across a variety of industries and rolesManage compliance reporting (PAYG, Superannuation, STP, Government reports)Client invoicing and management of client portals (Coupa, SAP Ariba etc.)Accounts Receivable management aged debt follow-up, client contact, payment arrangements, debtor reportingTemp / Contractor onboarding and compliance checks (Astute Payroll & Bullhorn)Liaising with internal consultants, clients, and contractors to resolve payroll queriesMargin reporting, reconciliations and monthly financial reportingAbout You:Minimum 2 years payroll experience within a recruitment agency or labour hire environmentAstute Payroll experience is essentialStrong Fair Work award interpretation experienceExposure to Accounts Receivable highly regardedHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlinesExcellent communication skills to liaise with clients, consultants and contractorsStrong systems skills Bullhorn, Xero, Astute Payroll, Excel, DeputyWhats On OfferPart-time and flexible work arrangements availableFully remote role OR hybrid options if based in Sydney or MelbourneStable national business with supportive leadershipModern systems & processes already in placeOpportunity to work across multiple industries & business unitsIf you''re an experienced recruitment agency payroll professional looking for flexibility and variety we would love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
