This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams including Merchandise, Demand & Supply Planning, Finance, and Commercial stakeholders.Skills & Experience RequiredProven track record of delivering complex, large-scale change initiatives within Agile environments8 years of experience in change management roles within complex project and program environments, I bring deep expertise in driving strategic change across large-scale initiatives.Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and empowering geographically dispersed teams to achieve outcomesExtensive program experience in matrixed organizations, managing both internal and external change and communication componentsExcellent stakeholder management with a confident presence at executive and senior leadership levelsExperience leading and supporting large-scale transformation initiatives.Ability to engage and communicate effectively across all levels of the business to advocate and embed a change management strategyExceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex issues and prioritize messaging for clarity and impactSkilled in influencing and securing stakeholder buy-in through the development of strong, trust-based relationshipsProactive and resourceful, with a strategic mindset and a holistic approach to change managementStrong commercial acumen, contributing to informed business decision-makingTechnical & Tools ProficiencyFormal qualification in Change ManagementProficient in Microsoft Office suite and familiar with a range of change and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro, Confluence, Teams, etc.)If this sounds like you, please APPLY NOW!!
