Our facilities welcome millions of visitors annuallythis is your chance to make a significant impact. As Marketing Lead, you will design and implement an annual marketing plan that drives engagement. Your responsibilities include web design, campaign content creation, and ensuring our communications are compelling, consistent, and customer-focused.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver an annual marketing and advertising plan. Drive multi-channel marketing activities to boost participation and revenue. Track campaign performance and provide reports. Support the sales team with data insights, forecasts, and campaign tools.Customer Communication & Brand Presence: Create and manage content across digital and physical channels. Oversee websites to ensure content quality and consistency. Collaborate with department teams on campaigns.Service Excellence & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure all communication aligns with Aligned Leisures customer charter. Proactively seek opportunities to enhance the customer experience.QualificationsEssential Qualifications and Experience:Experience in marketing and communicationsExperience in delivering exceptional customer serviceExperience in web design (preferred, but not essential)Must pass relevant pre-employment checks such as a Police Check and maintain a current Working with Children checkWillingness to attain first aid and CPR qualificationsReady to lead marketing that matters?
