The Senior Product Manager is responsible for implementing strategic initiatives to achieve financial targets across core areas of Recon Enabling Technology, within our hybrid go-to-market models (Direct & Indirect) in Australia and NZ. This role requires a foundation in marketing innovation and strategic marketing initiatives. You will oversee marketing support, direction, and control of S+N Robotic and Navigation products within the Recon division. What will you be doing? Support and drive the Recon Robotics marketing plan for ANZ, including implementation of activities for the product portfolio. Work with business leaders to document market considerations and meet sales targets aligned with budgets and goals. Monitor sales results monthly and adjust pricing, promotions, and action plans accordingly. Forecast demand and manage the portfolio, including deletions and stock control, on a monthly basis for ANZ. Assess, trial, and launch new products aligned with strategic fit and business plans. Coordinate with other segments within S+N Australia and internationally. Establish and maintain relationships with KOL/KELs, independently or with sales/regional teams. What will you need to be successful? Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Sales, Science, or related fields. 5-7 years of industry experience with a strong background in sales or marketing management.
