About the Role: Our Osteoporosis marketing team is expanding, and we are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and the Arrotex Pharmaceutical Marketing Senior Leadership team to evolve the Arrotex Osteoporosis medicines strategy to meet key commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy & Development: Contribute to developing and implementing brand plans, drive promotional strategies, and engage with key opinion leaders to expand portfolio utilization. Brand & Portfolio Management: Oversee financial and market performance of assigned brands, manage forecasts, and ensure alignment with Arrotex''s growth targets. Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Finance) and external partners to support brand objectives and create cohesive marketing initiatives. Sales Activation & Collaboration: Support the sales team in driving product adoption, executing promotional programs, and achieving distribution goals. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, especially within pharmacy or prescriber channels. Knowledge of Medicines Australia (MA) Code of Conduct, GBMA Code, and TGA Code (no.2) 2018. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders. Proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and marketing campaigns. Proficiency in data analysis and leveraging insights to optimize brand performance. Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field (desirable). Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to create innovative solutions and anticipate challenges. Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.
