We are a small 46-place centre that thrives on family grouping environments and building strong relationships with children. Our small team is bubbly, friendly, and passionate about education. We focus on trusting relationships with children and families. Our small country town centre features a large natural outdoor area with vegetable garden beds and even a worm farm! We look forward to meeting you!About the Role:Manage the day-to-day operations of the Centre(s) in line with company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and meeting financial targets.Create long-lasting connections with the local community, including partnerships with families, and use marketing skills to increase occupancy.Mentor and support the centre(s) to meet or exceed the National Quality Standards.About You:A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification.Strong experience in a Centre Manager role.A current Working with Childrens Check.Experience in achieving targets and maintaining safety and compliance standards.Why Work for Affinity?Join our values-driven organisation, where incredible people make a genuine difference.
