Youll establish strategies for growth, process improvement, risk management, and compliance within legislative and regulatory frameworks. Youll lead a team that delivers exceptional service standards, maintains quality client communications, and implements comprehensive analysis and reporting. Youll develop and maintain procedures aligned with current legislation and best practices, manage key third-party relationships, and seek continuous improvements to systems and processes.Here are the key skills and strengths were looking for:Youll have tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Finance, Law, and/or Project Management, with post-graduate study highly regarded. You should possess proven leadership, communication, critical thinking, process improvement, change management, and problem-solving skills, along with a strategic mindset and customer focus.About us:Oh hi!
