In this generalist role, you will focus on employee relations, recruitment and onboarding, performance management, Workers'' Compensation and other operational activity.This role partners with leaders across our four integrated service offerings including Family Services, Mental Health & Wellbeing, Housing & Homelessness and Legal Advice & Representation. You will seek to deeply understand our services and our people, to build and maintain strong and respectful relationships. Youll work in collaboration with the wider P&C team and the Service Lead - People & Culture whom is your direct leader.Above all, you will align with Ruah''s values of respect, integrity, connection, quality and hope.This is a 0.8 - 1FTE permanent position based in our brand new Northbridge facility.What were looking forTo be successful for this opportunity you will be able to demonstrate the following:A minimum of 2 years experience in a P&C Partner role or similar.Proven expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations (incl workplace investigations), and change management.Strong understanding of Employment Legislation including Fair Work and Awards/EAs.Ability to build strong professional relationships at all levels within the organisation.Commitment to continuous learning.The ability to travel throughout Perth, Metropolitan area on an ad hoc, short term basis as required.Highly DesirableA relevant tertiary qualification, AHRI memberKnowledge and understanding of Aboriginal culture and ability to work with Aboriginal and culturally diverse people is highly desirable.This is a great opportunity for a P&C professional who wants to be part of a dynamic and rapidly expanding team.What do we offer?Aside from the opportunity to work with a passionate and highly skilled teams in an organisation that creates real change in the community around us, you''ll also receive:A base salary aligned with Level 5 of the Ruah Enterprise Agreement (and the SCHADS Award), ranging between $97,689 - $102,110.Incredibly valuable Salary Packaging of up to $15,900 + $2,650 for meal and entertainment expenses + more to extend your take home pay.5 weeks annual leave(+17.5% annual leave loading).16 weeks paid parental leave, with flex to take at 32 weeks half-pay (uniquely, new staff can access 4 weeks paid parental leave after just 6 months service).Opportunity for ongoing learning and development.Life-balance friendly working conditions.Opportunities to be active in the Ruah Community such as participating in a wide range of working groups, joining us at Pride events, being a part of a range of cultural events to promote and support reconciliation and much, much more!Required compliance documents:Current WA drivers licenseNational Police Clearance Certificate (dated within six months)How to applyReady to make a difference with us?
