Employment Type:Appointment to the role is on a permanent flexible basis (up to 73.5 hours per fortnight).Salary: $140,703.00 to$150,200.00 per annum plus superannuationPosition Objective:This role is responsible for the strategic oversight of the employment advisory, Industrial Relations, business partnering and human resource policy functions for the department and other entities. These activities have a direct and significant impact on the achievement of the objectives of the department.
