This is a pivotal role for someone who is energised by winning and leading high-quality projects, building strong client relationships, and mentoring the next generation of engineers.If youre ready to take ownership of both technical delivery and project success while growing your influence across our national business this opportunity could be your next career milestone.Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:Leading the definition of project scopes and the design of technical solutions for clients in the Energy and Power sector.Managing design stakeholders and leading technical delivery teams to ensure best-for-project outcomes.Acting as Project Director/Manager for medium to large-sized projects, including responsibility for documentation and client engagement.Collaborating across service lines and mentoring less experienced team members.Driving proposal development and identifying business development opportunities through client engagement and cross-selling.What would you bring to the team?A bachelors degree in electrical engineering, or a related field, coupled with Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent).Extensive experience in engineering consulting or a relevant industry, with a strong track record in project delivery and client satisfaction.Experience will include power and energy focused projects, including delivery of BESS and renewables.Deep knowledge of applicable standards and industry best practices.Strong commercial awareness and the ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.Interested?
