This position is ideal for an experienced commercial valuer seeking to step into a leadership role!!Due to continued growth in our Core Commercial division were looking for an experienced commercial valuer ready to step into a leadership role and help shape the future of our Geelong business.This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated CPV with strong technical expertise, client engagement skills, and a passion for mentoring others. Youll play a key role in driving high performance, strengthening client relationships, and supporting the State Director in executing the teams strategic vision.Your new opportunity:Based in Geelong, you will take a lead role in service delivery, and business development across the commercial division. You will be instrumental in maintaining a strong internal service culture and supporting the continued growth of the business in the region.Key responsibilities include:Leading and promoting a client-focused team cultureSupporting and driving change initiatives that align with the teams strategic directionDeveloping strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality outcomesProviding mentoring and technical support to junior valuers, contributing to their growth and capabilityActively participating in business development and client engagement to grow market shareWhat sets you apart from the rest:Youre a commercially minded property professional who thrives in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
