Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, delivery, managing engagement finances, and maintaining client relationships.DutiesEvaluate customer needs and advise on strategic cyber security planning.Manage client relationships, including change management and account planning.Lead engagement teams, define scope, develop work plans, and manage projects.Contribute to engagement financial management for sustainable delivery.Coordinate resources for product implementation and strategic proposals.Analyze data to identify value creation opportunities and present findings at the executive level.Lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.Skills & ExperienceMinimum 8 years in cyber security, national intelligence, or policy, ideally with a global consulting firm or large tech company.Experience coaching and leading teams, delivering impactful client outcomes.Strategic mindset with understanding of broader business contexts.Ability to identify opportunities and contribute to sales efforts.Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills with senior stakeholders.Flexible hybrid working environment.This role can be based anywhere in Australia.Additional InformationSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Business Development and SalesIndustries: Hospitals and Health Care, Non-profit, Government #J-18808-Ljbffr
