Hybrid role, with flexibility to work from home depending on circumstances.Open to any Asuria location across Sydney or Melbourne.About the Role:The Progress Payment Claims Administrator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of progress payment claims. This role ensures that all claims are reviewed against established guidelines, provides constructive feedback to mentors, and guarantees the timely lodgement of fully compliant and eligible progress payment claims. The administrator plays a pivotal role in maximising performance weightings and revenue through meticulous claim management.Key Responsibilities:Thorough review of claims: assess and verify the details of each claim to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant policies and guidelines.Effective communication: provide updates, clarify information, and address inquiries to regional managers, mentors, and other internal stakeholders to facilitate a smooth claims process.Submit claims accurately and within the agreed timelines.Provide accurate forecasts to relevant internal stakeholders.The Claims Administrator works closely with the Workforce Australia teams, providing high-level support, education, and guidance on all progress payment claims.Requirements:Understanding of the WFA Employment Services DEEDs and Guidelines (preferred but not essential).Cert IV in Employment Services (preferred but not essential).Proven experience in case management, customer service, sales, marketing, and/or recruitment delivery.Strong verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.Excellent time management and organisational skills.Why join Asuria:Asuria is proud to be recognized as a Diversity Council Australia (DCA) Inclusive Employer for 2024-2025.
