The Role As the Sales & Guest Experience Manager, you will be a strong people leader responsible for recruiting, training, and developing Guest Experience staff to meet sales targets and KPIs. You will deliver exceptional customer service and foster a culture of innovation. You will develop and implement plans in collaboration with the leadership team and stakeholders. With strong business acumen and experience in sales and customer service, you will enhance the overall guest experience. The key accountabilities include: Achieving monthly membership and program enrolment targets and KPIs Meeting retail budgets and stock control KPIs Maintaining NPS and mystery shop scores in line with Belgravia Leisure standards Supporting the Centre Manager to implement corrective actions for meeting targets Setting new member and growth targets regularly Providing exceptional customer experiences in person and over the phone Processing memberships and data entry according to company procedures Applying sound cash handling principles and using POS systems Scheduling rosters aligned with business budgets and principles of time and attendance Demonstrating behaviors consistent with Belgravia Leisure''s C.L.E.A.R.
